Bujtina Ajazi is a mix between traditional and comfortable, which has created an environment where every customer finds himself or remembers his childhood in objects, cooking, bedrooms or the surrounding nature. The guest house located in the village of Seferaj, 4 kilometers from the Golem’s crossroads or 51 kilometers from Tirana, brings you the best traditional dishes of central Albania, comfortable bedrooms adapted for every season of the year, an environment surrounded by greenery and a relaxing hilly view, taking you away from routine and daily stress. Our goal is to make every visitor feel at home and be satisfied with our service.
Surrounding Environment
The guesthouse is built on the side of a hill, overlooking the valley of the village of Seferaj, which is closed on the horizon by the sea that can be seen with the naked eye. The area around the valley is made up of vineyards, pastures and olive groves, intertwined with each other creating a relaxing and panoramic view. Adjacent to the guesthouse you will find our farm, where the food base is produced, which is served in the guesthouse's restaurant. It is worth noting that everything is organic and healthy.
Beach Station
Already in the summer season, Bujtina Ajazi brings an innovation to your holidays, offering the package “Even in the mountains, even in the sea”. Since the sea is only 4 kilometers away from Guesthouse, summer vacations can now be spent near us in the best way, since together with the booking of the rooms, transportation and deckchairs on Golem beach near Soredo Bar, which is part of Guesthouse, are also included. So you have the opportunity to stay near the sea during the day and you can spend the nights fresh and comfortable near the Guesthouse. At Soredo Bar, you will be accompanied by traditional dishes so that you are not separated from the sea for a moment.

Our Restaurant
The restaurant is the main point of meeting with Bujtina Ajazi, we are proud of our dishes which are like no other place. Conceived with a meat base, you have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of traditional dishes. The table opens with antipasto consisting of country salad, pickles, homemade meatballs, milk or spinach pie, homemade cow, goat and sheep cheese, and many other dishes depending on the season.
The meat of beef, lamb, goat or chicken (or birds), which constitutes the main dish, is all grown in the surrounding area and is offered fresh, therefore it is offered according to the season. The meat is cooked in the oven, on a skewer and in a grill. It is mainly accompanied by potatoes or rice.
At the end, the meal closes with our desserts such as baklava, kadaif, cheesecake, ice cream with kadaif and many other desserts, all cooked on the spot. The table is accompanied by the taste of wine produced by Bujtina Ajazi, raki (traditional alcoholic drink), traditional soft drinks, but if you wish you can also order other soft or alcoholic drinks.
BedRooms
The bedrooms are the secret of the Guesthouse. Furnished with a modern wooden style, with a convenience and comfort like no other place, they are located on the second and third floor of the building. In each room you will find peace, freshness, comfort and a wonderful view of the surrounding environment. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning to adapt to each period of the year, in them you will also find chimney to offer a natural warmth during the winter, sitting next to it or relaxing in the water of the Jacuzzy located in the room.
The rooms are adapted for each visitor, who may be alone, with his family, friends or partner, as they are divided into categories to suit all clientele. Breakfast consisting of fresh pancakes, honey, jelly accompanied by milk and many other ingredients is included in the room prices.
