The restaurant is the main point of meeting with Bujtina Ajazi, we are proud of our dishes which are like no other place. Conceived with a meat base, you have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of traditional dishes. The table opens with antipasto consisting of country salad, pickles, homemade meatballs, milk or spinach pie, homemade cow, goat and sheep cheese, and many other dishes depending on the season.

The meat of beef, lamb, goat or chicken (or birds), which constitutes the main dish, is all grown in the surrounding area and is offered fresh, therefore it is offered according to the season. The meat is cooked in the oven, on a skewer and in a grill. It is mainly accompanied by potatoes or rice.

At the end, the meal closes with our desserts such as baklava, kadaif, cheesecake, ice cream with kadaif and many other desserts, all cooked on the spot.

The table is accompanied by the taste of wine produced by Bujtina Ajazi, raki (traditional alcoholic drink), traditional soft drinks, but if you wish you can also order other soft or alcoholic drinks.
